Meet friends.  Listen to music. Go to the theatre. Sing in a choir. Join a society, or start an own if the one you are interested in does not already exist. Try something new! Go to an art exhibition even if you do not normally go to one. Lend a book in a subject that you hardly knew existed. Learn how to play an instrument. Or go to a lecture even if the subject does not interest you beforehand. Did you know that consumers of culture live longer than others?
